- The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) provides funds for the reconstruction of 25 bridges. The proposal made by Hon. Kabir Hashim, the Minister of Highways and Investment Promotion, to award the contract for the provision of consultancy services for the supervision of constructions under this Project, as recommended by the Consultants Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
