- Thriposha is a nutritious food supplement, distributed free of charge to the children with malnutrition, pregnant mothers with nutrition problems and lactating mothers through ‘National Thriposha Program’. The annual requirement of the full cream milk powder for manufacturing of Thriposha is 500 MT. The proposal made by the Minister of Health and Indigenous Medicine Dr. Rajitha Senaratne to procure the 500 MT full cream milk powder from Milco (Pvt.) Limited for the production of Thriposha for the year 2015/2016 was approved by the Cabinet.
