- The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Power and Energy, to award the Contract for consultancy services of Broadlands Hydropower Project, to the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau, as per the recommendation of the Project Committee appointed for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
