- The proposal made by Hon. Mangala Samaraweera, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to sign the above Academic Co-operation Agreement during the proposed state visit to Pakistan by H.E. the President between the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations & Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS) of Sri Lanka and the National Defence University (NDU) of Pakistan with a view to enhancing cooperation in sharing of knowledge, experiences and information in areas of mutual interest, was approved by the Cabinet.
