- The proposal made by Hon. Arjuna Ranatunga, Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation, to cancel the award of the above contract, as it has been established that the award of the above contract had not been made in a transparent manner following the competitive tender procedure, was approved by the Cabinet.
