- Discussions regarding bi-lateral corporation between Sri Lanka and Pakistan have commenced recently and further strengthening the bi?lateral corporation between the two countries against Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Chemical Precursors is an area to which attention is greatly focused. As such, the proposal made by Hon. John Amarathunga, Minister of Public Order, Disaster Management and Christian Affairs to make aware of the seriousness of crimes relating to Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Chemical Precursors, with a view to minimizing the imminent danger caused thereby to the society, was approved by the Cabinet.
