- the proposal made by the Minister of Highways, Higher Education and Investment Promotion, Hon. Kabeer Hasheem to discuss the subject matters coming under the purview of the Ministry of Highways, Higher Education and Investment Promotion and reach an agreement with the relevant Agencies in India during His Excellency the President's state visit to India in mid February 2015 for bi-lateral cooperation and to take necessary action to enter into the Memoranda of Understanding in respect of the above subject matters during the state visit of Hon. Prime Minister of India to Sri Lanka scheduled to take place March 2015, was approved by the Cabinet.
