- A request was made to all Hon. Ministers to direct their respective Secretaries to the Ministries render the highest priority for the implementation of the 100 Day Programme. It was also decided to appoint a Committee comprising of five (05) Secretaries to the Ministries with two other experts presided by a Senior Advisor to the Hon. Prime Minister to monitor this programme.
