- the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka intends to construct a new building in a block of land in close proximity to the Bandaranaike International Airport for its Head Office. The proposal made by Hon. Piyankara Jayaratne, Minister of Civil Aviation, to award the above tender as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
