- over the last ten years local professionals, Engineers in particular, have gained immense experience and in depth knowledge in design and construction supervision pertaining to the construction works of roads, water supply schemes, power supply etc., by involving in mega infrastructure development projects launched by the Government. The proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning, to establish a Government owned Consultancy Company under the Companies Act and to proceed with the related activities, was approved by the Cabinet.
