- considering the conditions prevailing in and around the city of Colombo, the proposal made by Hon. Arumugan Thondaman, Minister of Livestock and Rural Community Development, to relocate the Milco Factory at Narahenpita, at an identified location at Badalgama and to proceed with the related activities as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Negotiating Committee (CANC), was approved by the Cabinet.
