Asian Development Bank funded Southern Road Connectivity Project - Rehabilitation / Improvements to Moratuwa - Piliyandala Road from 2.62 km to 5.12 km and Ratmalana - Mirihana Road from 5.70 km to 7.84 km including 5 years of performance based maintenance - the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Highways, Ports and Shipping, to award the above contract to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidder, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet. |
