Mount Clifford Housing Scheme, Homagama and Werallawatta Housing Scheme, Yakkala (Ceylon State Hardware Corporation Land) proposed to be constructed under the Jana Sevana National Housing and Settlement Development Programme - the proposal made by Hon. Wimal Weerawansa, Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities, to award the contract for the investment, design and construction of Mount Clifford Housing Scheme, Homagama consisting of 924 housing units and Werallawatta Housing Scheme, Yakkala consisting of 591 housing units for a contract sum of Rs.2659.2 million and Rs.1775.2 million respectively and to carry out all marketing activities of the said projects by the National Housing Development Authority, was approved by the Cabinet. |
