Rishad Bathiudeen, Minister of Industry and Commerce, to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft amending legislation for the Intellectual Property Act, No.36 of 2003, to make regulations to safeguard the interests of the producers and exporters of Tea and Cinnamon, was approved by the Cabinet. |
