- the proposal made by Hon. Duminda Dissanayake, Minister of Education Services, for the procurement of a total quantity of 8,571,000 meters of uniform material and 300,000 meters of robe material from domestic textile manufacturers, to be distributed among school children in Government Schools and bhikku students for the year 2015, as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
