Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS) of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Diplomatic Institute to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria - the objective of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to promote and support activities that contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between Bulgaria and Sri Lanka. The proposal made by Hon. (Prof.) G.L. Peiris, Minister of External Affairs, for signing of the above MoU, was approved by the Cabinet. |
