- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning, to enhance the credit amount granted by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) in 2006, up to US$ 95,060,656, with the concurrence of the said Agency, to meet the additional cost involved on the above project, and to proceed with the matters connected thereto, was approved by the Cabinet.
