- several phases of the above programme have been implemented under Grant Assistance from the Federal Republic of Germany and the last phase of the project focused on developing the capacity of Local Government Authorities and to enhance citizen participation in development activities. The Government of Germany has agreed to extend further technical cooperation worth of Euro 2.5 million for activities in relation to the development of a National Master Plan for Social Integration and to carry forward the recommendations of the National Policy Framework for Social Integration.
