- it is proposed to establish a Centre in the Ramallah City in the State of Palestine to train the Palestinian youth in the areas such as tourism / hospitality, middle level healthcare (nursing) and similar vocations initially for a period of five years. The proposal made by Hon. (Prof.) G.L. Peiris, Minister of External Affairs, to establish and administer the training centre for an initial period of five years from January 2014, was approved by the Cabinet.
