- the proposal made by Hon. Dayasritha Thissera, Minister of State Resources and Enterprise Development, to lease out the block of land at Kahagolla, Diyathalawa on a 99 year lease, to the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment for the development of a training centre, was approved by the Cabinet.
