Construction of a new two storied building for the Divisional Secretariat, Kandawalai - this Divisional Secretary's Division situated in the Kilinochchi District of the Northern Province consists of 16 Grama Niladhari Divisions and the total population is around 24,235. The proposal made by Hon. W.D.J. Seneviratne, Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs, to construct a two storeyed building for this Divisional Secretariat at a cost of Rs.67.72 million to provide a better service to the public, was approved by the Cabinet. |
