- the Chinese Government has agreed to undertake a project to repair and refurbish the Superior Court Complex under Chinese Aid. The proposal made by Hon. Rauff Hakeem, Minister of Justice, to exempt the items needed for the project from the relevant taxes and levy, after the project is approved as a special project under relevant Acts, was approved by the Cabinet.
