- Waste Water Disposal Project for Ratmalana / Moratuwa and Ja-Ela / Ekala Areas is implemented with the financial assistance from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the proposal made by the H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning, to sign an amendment to the Agreement with SIDA to finance the additional fund requirement for consultancy services of the project, was approved by the Cabinet.
