Surface Water Development in Chilaw and Puttalam - ADB Assisted Dry Zone Urban Water & Sanitation Project - this Project is to be implemented with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank. The proposal made by Hon. Dinesh Gunawardena, Minister of Water Supply and Drainage, to award the above contract to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidder as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet. |
