- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Highways, Ports and Shipping, to lease out two (02) plots of land identified near to the Rest Area on the Southern Expressway, for the establishment of Fuel Filling Stations to a subsidiary company of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Limited, on the valuation given by the Chief Government Valuer, for a period of 30 years, was approved by the Cabinet.
