- on the proposal made by Hon. Felix Perera, Minister of Social Services, the Cabinet granted approval for the Ministry of Social Services to formulate a combined Action Plan for the promotion and sale of the products of the disabled and the elders in association with the Ministries of Traditional Industries and Small Enterprise Development; Economic Development; and Botanical Gardens and Public Recreation and all other stake holders including public and private trade agencies.
