Difficulties faced by Teachers at the Zonal Education Offices

- H.E. the President brought to the notice of the Cabinet of Ministers and also of the Chief Ministers of Provinces who attended the Cabinet meeting as invitees that, it has been brought to his notice that teachers have to undergo difficulties in attending to their establishment matters, particularly pertaining to their personal files, confirmation in service, salary increments, loan facilities, pensions and leave etc. at Zonal Education Offices. After discussion, the Chief Ministers of Provinces were requested to take action to streamline such activities at Zonal Education Offices and make such offices as teacher friendly institutions with a dedicated staff to cater to the needs of teachers.
