-  At present these housing units pose a great danger as they are in a dilapidated condition. The residents in the above Housing Scheme consisting of 114 housing units in 4, four storyed buildings constructed long ago are to be relocated as early as possible.   On the above proposal made by Hon. Wimal Weerawansa, Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities, for the relocation of the residents of the above Housing Scheme, Cabinet approval was granted to allocate 114 housing units from an Urban Housing Project in Colombo being implemented by the Urban Development Authority (UDA).
