Construction of Proposed University Complex of National School of Business Management Limited (NSBM) at Homagama - Cabinet approval has already been granted for the construction of the proposed University Complex at Homagama to be funded through a loan from the China Development Bank. The proposal made by Hon. Dullas Alahapperuma, Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development, to award the construction contract of the above to the lowest bid received, was approved by the Cabinet. |
