Submission of Gazette Notification issued under the Import and Export Control Act, No.01 of 1969 to Parliament - the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning, to submit the above Gazette Notification, imposing regulations to control exportation and importation of all types of Halogenated Chlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) substances on a quota system issued by the Ozone Division of the Ministry of Environment, to Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet. |
