Proposed Investment Promotion Zone (IPZ) at Suriyawewa, Hambantota set up by Board of Investment of Sri Lanka - the proposal made by Hon. Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena, Minister of Investment Promotion, to lease out blocks of land to investors for Mixed Development Projects including Residential Apartment Complexes within the Master Plan of the Suriyawewa Investment Promotion Zone, subject to the laid down stipulations, was approved by the Cabinet. |
