the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning to submit the Mid Year Fiscal Position Report 2013 to Parliament, in terms of the provisions of the Fiscal Management (Responsibility) Act, No.3 of 2003, was approved by the Cabinet.  This Report includes information on government revenue, expenditure, cash flow activities and borrowings within the first four (04) months of 2013 and also contains data on macro economic performance, foreign financing, government debt and external sector performance.
