the proposal made by Hon. W.D.J. Seneviratne, Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs, to proceed with the construction of the above project at an estimated cost of Rs.271.7 million with funds to be made available under the Medium Term Budgetary Framework 2014 - 2016 and to select a contractor for the purpose through limited competitive bidding process, was approved by the Cabinet.
