Lease of land situated bordering D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha and Sir Chiththampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02 to M/s Lake Leisure Holdings (Pvt) Ltd for a Mixed Development Project

 

the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Defence and Urban Development, to lease out the above land to implement a mixed development project in keeping with the ongoing tourism related development plan of the Urban Development Authority (UDA) for Beira Lake surrounding areas, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Review Committee (SCARC), was approved by the Cabinet.
