arrangements have been made to conduct the Commonwealth Youth Forum from 10th-14th November at the Hambantota International Conference Hall to coincide with the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) scheduled to be held in Colombo from 15th to 17th November, 2013.   54 Commonwealth Member Countries are scheduled to participate in this Forum and around 1500 local and foreign representatives will also participate in the inaugural ceremony.  The proposal made by Hon. Dallas Alahapperuma, Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development, to proceed with the programme, was approved by the Cabinet.
