the proposal made by Hon. Dullas Alahapperuma, Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development, to construct a Youth Park in Eliyakanda, Matara at a cost of Rs. 80 million, utilizing the financial allocations provided to the National Youth Services Council for the year 2013, with the view to developing infrastructure facilities for Sri Lankan Youth to spend their leisure time productively in a more eco-friendly environment, was approved by the Cabinet.
