Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies of Sri Lanka and the Romanian Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania

- the proposal made by Hon. (Prof.) G.L. Peiris, Minister of External Affairs, to sign the above Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), to establish and strengthen cooperation in the areas of information, research activities and training programmes for diplomats and students, was approved by the Cabinet.
