Regulation of the Export of Ornamental Fish and Aquatic Plants, under activities relating to poverty alleviation

- the joint proposal made by Hon. Basil Rajapaksa, Minister of Economic Development, Hon. Rajitha Senaratne, Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development, Hon. Jayaratna Herath, Minister of Botanical Gardens and Public Recreations and Hon. Gamini Vijith Vijayamuni Soyza, Minister of Wildlife Resources Conservation, to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft necessary regulations to allow the artificial breeding and propagation and export of endemic ornamental fish and aquatic plants by the authorized parties, was approved by the Cabinet.
