- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Defence and Urban Development, to award the contract for the construction of the proposed Bus Stand and the Commercial Complex at Bandarawela to the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB), at a total cost of Rs.151.58 million, was approved by the Cabinet.
