Agrarian Development (Payment of Compensation and Nomination of Successors) orders and Agrarian Development (Inquiry Procedure) orders under the Agrarian Development Act No.46 of 2000

- the proposal to publish the Orders prepared by the Legal Draftsman under the provisions of the Agrarian Development Act, No.46 of 2000 and to submit the said Gazette Notification in Parliament for approval thereafter, subject to incorporating the recommendations made by the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Legislation, was approved by the Cabinet.
