- the above project is being implemented with loan facilities provided by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the above contract is one of the 9 contract packages included under this project. The proposal made by Hon. Dinesh Gunawardena, Minister of Water Supply and Drainage, to award the above tender, as recommend by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
