Supply of Raw Material (Waste Paper) for productions and sale of produced items for Valachchenai Paper Mill of the National Paper Company Ltd.

- this is the largest government owned factory situated in the Eastern Province and the Ministry of State Resources and Enterprise Development is in the process of developing this factory into a profit making institution. The proposal made by Hon. Dayasritha Thisera, Minister of State Resources and Enterprise Development, to inform all state institutions, to send all discarded paper to the National Paper Company Ltd. for re-cycling purposes, was approved by the Cabinet.
