Rehabilitation of Haputale - Boralanda - Keppitipola Road (B353) from 0 to 27.0 Km.

- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Ports and Highways, to rehabilitate the above road section with asphalt concrete surfacing instead of cement concrete surfacing and meet the cost involved within the total amount of loan facilities to be made available from the Hatton National Bank and for the Department of External Resources of the Ministry of Finance and Planning to negotiate the terms and conditions of the loan with the Hatton National Bank, was approved by the Cabinet.
