Amendments to the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Act No. 2 of 1996

- on the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (Amendment) Bill which incorporates necessary Legislation to accede to international obligations to regulate fishing in high seas and exports of fishery products to foreign countries, submitted by Hon. Rajitha Senaratne, Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development, Cabinet approval was granted to refer the said Bill to the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Legislation for recommendations.
