Reinforcement of the planning and operational sectors for efficient development

- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning, to reinforce the existing organizational structure and human resources in order to plan and direct the proposed National, District, Divisional and Rural Development Programmes, with the view to completing same within the estimated costs and scheduled time frames; and to reinforce the planning and operational sector of Ministries and District Secretariats for effective and efficient planning, operation and monitoring of development activities, was approved by the Cabinet.
