Lease of UDA land at Ratnapura New Town to M/s Ratnapura District Co-operative Rural Banks Union Ltd.

- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Defence and Urban Development, to lease out a block of land in the Ratnapura New Town to M/s. Ratnapura District Co-operative Rural Banks Union Ltd. for a period of 30 years for the construction of an Auditorium, was approved by the Cabinet.
