Outer Circular Highway (OCH) Project - Award of contract for the construction of 9.32 km long section from Kadawatha to Kerawalapitiya ( Northern Section II )

- the Outer Circular Highway starts from Kottawa and traverses through Kaduwela, Kadawatha and ends up at Kerawalapitiya. It will link Southern Expressway, Colombo-Katunayake Expressway, the proposed Northern Expressway and other major National Highways from the city of Colombo. The total length of the Outer Circular Highway is 29.22 km. The proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Ports and Highways, to award the above contract, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
