Construction of proposed buildings for Faculty of Engineering at Ariviyal Nagar, Killinochchi, University of Jaffna

- the proposal made by Hon. S.B. Dissanayake, Minister of Higher Education, for the construction of the above building at Ariviyal Nagar, Killinochchi, University of Jaffna, adjoining the faculty of Agriculture, initially with the following Departments, at a total cost of Rs.2437 million and to implement this project phasing out over a period of five years commencing from 2013 and subject to stipulated conditions, was approved by the Cabinet:
*Department of Civil Engineering
* Department of Electrical and Electronic Engine
* Department of Computer Engine
* Department of Inter-disciplinary Studies
