Construction of a Multi Faceted Hotel Complex in Colombo

the proposed Multi Faceted Hotel Complex will consist of 30 floors, 475 rooms and 90 service apartments, and the total investment would be around US $159 million. The proposal made by Hon. Basil Rajapaksa, Minister of Economic Development, to seek approval from Parliament to treat this as a Strategic Development Project in terms of the provisions of the Strategic Development Project Act, No.14 of 2008, was approved by the Cabinet.
