Leasing of Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) Land for Yacht / Leisure Craft Repair and Ship Building Facility in the Port of Galle

- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Ports and Highways, to lease out land for the above purpose in line with Land Alienation Policy of the Government, on a 30 year lease basis, on a lease rental to be determined by the Chief Government Valuer, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Review Committee (SCARC), was approved by the Cabinet.
